SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love all of the items you purchase from The Luck E Boutique, but just in case something isn't quite right here are a few things you need to know about returns.

  • Items can be returned, unworn and unwashed, within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • All returns will be issued via store credit in the form of a gift card which will be sent to the email address attached to the purchase.
  • Items purchased at a discount greater than 20% are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • All sale items, camis, leggings, undergarments, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Any items that appear to be worn (at our discretion) will not be eligible for a return because they are not resellable.  Items meeting this description will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and we will not return original shipping and handling charges.
  • We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

Here are a few items you need to know about shipping:

  • Our goal is always to ship your items to you within 2 business days, but please allow up to four business days for your items to leave our warehouse.
  • We ship via USPS and we do offer expedited shipping options if needed.  Just make sure to select the shipping you would like during checkout.
  • Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address.  We are not responsible for returned or repeat shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


SOME EXTRA INFO

  • We cannot change the items in your order once the order is placed.  If you need to change a size, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please email contact@shopthelucke.com and we will see what we can do!
  • If you received any damaged items, please email us at contact@shopthelucke.com within 3 days, include pictures of the damaged item.
  • We do our best to photograph in natural lighting but occasionally there may be a slight variance in an item’s color.
